House-made spirits: rượu dâu and rượu nếp than

Two spirits made here from heritage family recipes: rượu dâu, a fermented burmese grape liqueur, and rượu nếp than, a deep black glutinous rice wine.

Both are distilled at 50% ABV, from locally sourced grains and regional fruit, by the family recipes the hosts grew up with. A tasting is of one or the other.
