Terms and conditions of Muong Dinh Lodge

Check-in time

Check-in: after 14:00 pm. Guests are kindly requested to present their ID, ID card or passport and/or Birth Certificate for children upon check-in for the purpose of registering their stay with the local authorities. Muong Dinh Lodge will keep a copy of these documents.

Check-out time

Check-out time is from 11:30 AM to 12:00 noon, please inform us if you want to check out after the above specified time. Subject to room availability and Muong Dinh Lodge confirmation. Fees will be payable at the time of Muong Dinh Lodge confirmation.

Case of early check-in and late check-out

a. For early check-in: We are happy to accommodate early arrivals, subject to availability. But we encourage you to contact our sales as soon as we can confirm to make sure the room is ready for your earlier check in. And to guarantee your early check-in, the room must be booked in advance and payment for two nights is required.

b. In case of late check-out: subject to room availability and guests are required to pay additional fees as follows:

• Late check-out 3 hours before is charged 300,000 VND/hour. VAT and service charges are not included.
• From 3am to 4pm but no later than 17:00 PM. 50% room charge will be charged.
• After 17:00 PM default 100% of the night room rate depending on the room type.

Cleaning & room policy

• Room cleaning time is from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. every day.

If the customer needs to stay more than one night, compared to the expected time, please notify in advance to receive good service support.

Cancellation penalty conditions

• Cancellation 14 days prior to arrival will not be charged a room fee and will be refunded the previous deposit.
• In case of natural disasters, storms, floods or political events that directly affect the agreed booking and receipt (certified by the authorities), the two parties can change the receipt and booking. room without being liable for compensation.
• Cancellation from 30 days to 15 days before: penalty of 20% of the total cancellation price.
• Cancellation from 14 days to 7 days before: will be fined 50% of the total cancellation price.

• Cancellation after check-in time: No refund of deposit.
• In case of “No Showing up”, we will charge for the entire stay. High season cancellations for stays between December 21st and January 1st (Christmas and New Year).

Lost and found policy

If you lose your personal belongings while staying at our resort, when found, we will keep a detailed record of the item and try to contact the owner to get it back. They will be sealed and stored in the safe at the front desk.

Items will be sent back upon request. Items lost within 90 days and unclaimed will be donated to charity or thrown away.

Personal asset management

When guests have the need to keep the room key themselves, Muong Dinh Lodge will not be responsible for any damage, loss of money, jewelry, other valuables in the room or on the premises. from any cause including theft.

Policy of compensation for loss

Overbooking

Regulations

Fire prevention regulations

Muong Dinh Lodge Resort is fully equipped to ensure fire safety and fire fighting conditions in all rooms, including fire extinguishers and evacuation procedures in all areas. However, we note that guests should not bring items with a risk of explosion into the resort.

Regulations on smoke

General regulations

Your reservation is applied at the Muong Dinh Lodge branded resort (whether directly or through another travel agency, subject to the terms and conditions outlined above).
