Check-in is after 14:00. Check-out time is from 11:30 AM to 12:00 noon.

Both are possible, subject to room availability. To guarantee an early check-in, the room must be booked in advance and payment for two nights is required. A late check-out is charged, at the rates set out on the policies page. Please confirm this when you book.

• 14 days or more before arrival: no room fee, and the deposit is refunded.
• From 30 days to 15 days before: 20% of the total cancellation price.
• From 14 days to 7 days before: 50% of the total cancellation price.
• Within 7 days: 100% of the total cancellation price.
• After check-in time: no refund of the deposit.
• No show: the entire stay is charged.

It is about a 40-minute drive from Can Tho International Airport and Can Tho Central Bus Station, and we pick up and drop off wherever guests ask.

Getting here

Please present your ID, ID card or passport, and a birth certificate for children, so that we can register your stay with the local authorities. We keep a copy of these documents.

Smoking is only allowed outside the lobby, the site entrance and the balcony area. It is not allowed in the living room, the conference room, the corridors, the toilets or any other enclosed area.

The period from 22:00 to 06:00 is a time to rest and needs a quiet space. We ask every guest to respect that, with no loudspeakers and no loud noise.

We provide motorbike, bicycle and car rental services depending on your requirements. Please contact us in advance so that we can make sure the service is still available.

Anything found is recorded in detail, sealed and kept in the safe at the front desk, and we try to contact the owner. Items are sent back on request; anything lost and unclaimed within 90 days is donated to charity or thrown away.

We receive every complaint related to the use of our services, and settle it within a maximum of 03 (three) working days from the date we receive it.
